The property extends over 10,000 m² of wooded land, providing privacy and contact with nature. The main house, of traditional construction and very luminous, has 228 sq. m of usable area, plus adjoining buildings for storage. On the same land, but independent of the house, there is a farm shed of 230 m². The property is completely fenced and has an intercom and sliding gate at the entrance, guaranteeing security and easy access.

The cottage has a chill out area located on the porches, where there is a barbecue with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing moments.

Outside you will find large landscaped areas with paved roads and several sunny terraces that invite you to disconnect. The property also has private parking areas with capacity for several vehicles.
